Kevin P. Hilchey, CHA, President and Founder of Lodging Host Hotel Corp, will share insights on the Cambria Hotel & Conference Center, discussing its development, operations, and the role it plays in supporting meetings, events, and regional tourism growth.

Representing Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University, Kristen Jefferson, MBA, General Manager, and Mike Reisinger, Regional Director of Human Resources, will discuss the continued expansion of the 800-room learning and meeting campus into a 1,400-room multi-building destination. They will share insights on large-scale hospitality operations, workforce development, culture-building, and the impact of corporate training campuses on regional visitation and economic vitality.
