Paden Sickles, Founder and CEO of SickFit
Paden Sickles Headshot.JPG

Paden Sickles is a U.S. Army veteran, former Engineer Officer, and the Founder and CEO of SickFit, the first woman-owned and veteran-owned performance sock company. What started as a fix for an overlooked problem has grown into a national brand built for the people who spend all day on their feet: nurses, soldiers, tradespeople, athletes, and everyday doers. The ones who don't get to sit down.

She runs SickFit with the discipline she built over a decade in the Army, where she led teams and managed multi-billion-dollar operations under real pressure. Under her leadership, SickFit has landed in retailers like Scheels and the military exchanges (NEX and MCX) and activated with the WNBA, the US Open, and the USTA. Her work has earned the NaVOBA "We Love" Enterprise Award, Woman-Owned Business of the Year, and Mentor of the Year, with features in Inc., Yahoo, and Business Insider. She holds an MBA in Finance, and is completing her Doctorate in Business Administration.

Her drive to build opportunity reaches past SickFit. Paden is President and General Manager of the Fort Worth Arlington Pilots, the first women's professional flag football team and a founding member of the first professional women's flag football league. At her core, she is a builder: of businesses, of legacies, and of people, and she leaves every room challenging people to reject mediocrity and lean into their own resilience.
