Catherine Monson brings more than 40 years of leadership and franchising expertise to her role as CEO of Propelled Brands, a multi-brand franchisor with over 1,400 locations worldwide, including FASTSIGNS®, SIGNWAVE® in Australia, My Salon Suite®, and Camp Bow Wow®. She previously served as CEO of FASTSIGNS International, where she led the brand’s growth and, in 2021, launched Propelled Brands to expand into new industries including B2B services, pet care, and health, beauty, and wellness.

A respected industry leader, Catherine is the only person to serve two terms as Chair of the International Franchise Association (IFA) Board of Directors. She is an IFA Hall of Fame inductee (2024) and has received numerous honors, including the IFA Bonny LeVine Award, Dallas Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO, and SMEI’s Ambassador of Free Enterprise Award. She has also appeared on Undercover Boss and is a frequent keynote speaker at franchising and business events worldwide.
