REFUND POLICY

Chamber Events

Reservations require payment unless canceled by noon one week before the event.  You must notify the Metroport Chamber in writing, by emailing MetroportEvents "at" MetroportChamber.org

Membership Dues

Payment for membership dues for the Metroport Chamber is due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal period, listed on your invoice.  Membership dues are nonrefundable.

Sponsorships

Payment for sponsorships for the Metroport Chamber is due before the date of the event, or otherwise invoiced.  Sponsorships are nonrefundable.

Advertisements

Payment for advertisements for the Metroport Chamber may be refunded before advertisement is scheduled.  Once advertisements are scheduled, they are nonrefundable.
