COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
With a 15-minute drive to Denton, a 30-minute drive to Fort Worth, and a 45-minute drive to Dallas, Argyle is located close to many business headquarters in the DFW metroplex.
Academically, Argyle is served by Argyle ISD and Liberty Christian School. Argyle ISD provides an excellent academic program for students in Grades PK-12. Argyle High School is an eleven-time winner of the Lone Star Cup for the #1 4A School in the state. Liberty Christian School is a private EE-12 school that offers a full range of arts and athletic programs. Liberty Christian has been named the number one private school in the state 12 times by the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS). Argyle is also within nine miles from higher education campuses of University of North Texas (UNT) and Texas Woman’s University (TWU), both located in Denton.
