DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS
Developments of 5T Ranch, The Lakes of Argyle, The Oaks and Avalon at Argyle will bring a total of 670 new luxury homes to Argyle while providing the Town with 60+ acres of new parkland, playgrounds, and trails. Earl’s 377 Pizza, Fuzzy’s Tacos, and Kimzey’s Coffee are a welcome addition at the intersection of US 377 and FM 407. 


GameGuard Outdoors just completed a new 38,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and warehouse facility. BPS Just Energy Technology is currently constructing a new corporate headquarters and laboratory near US 377 and FM 497.


Waterbrook, the town’s first mixed-use Master Development Plan includes 290 single-family homes and over 233,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space planned for the corner of US 377 and FM 407. The development includes a civic plaza with a terraced green and amphitheater for community events as well as ample open space with linear parks and trails to provide connectivity throughout the entire development.

Argyle provides its businesses and residents with first-class, rural-style charm amid a pristine environment with rolling hills and mature oaks. The town recently updated its comprehensive plan to take advantage of Argyle’s strategic location and potential for high quality developments along the major transportation corridors, while preserving the rural character that its residents, businesses and visitors all know and enjoy.


Academically, Argyle is served by Argyle ISD and Liberty Christian School. Argyle ISD provides an excellent academic program for students in Grades PK-12. Argyle High School is a ten-time winner of the Lone Star Cup for the #1 4A School in the state. Liberty Christian School is a private EE-12 school that offers a full range of arts and athletic programs. Liberty Christian has been named the number one private school in the state 12 times by the Texas Association of Private and Parochial School (TAPPS). Argyle is also within nine miles from higher education campuses of University of North Texas (UNT) and Texas Woman’s University (TWU), both located in Denton.
