This month, we have not one, but three incredible Ambassadors sharing the spotlight! Their dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting our Chamber and its members truly stand out. Please join us in congratulating our September Ambassadors of the Month, a three-way tie recognizing outstanding service and teamwork!

Kristen lives in Trophy Club with her family and enjoys gardening, cooking, and being outdoors. She works as a Fractional Compliance Executive and also owns a cost-reduction company that offers no-risk evaluations of essential business expenses to help businesses increase profits!

Holly Ray is the founder of Ray’s Profits, LLC, a boutique firm based in Justin, TX that provides bookkeeping, accounting, and fractional CFO services to small businesses. With over 15 years of experience in accounting and operations, Holly is passionate about helping entrepreneurs gain financial clarity and reclaim their time. Her hands-on approach reflects her commitment to empowering local businesses with confidence in every calculation.

Daniel serves as the Vice President of Sales and Operations for TM Commercial Coatings, a commercial painting and flooring contractor. In this role, he oversees project execution, client relationships, and business development, ensuring each job is completed with precision, professionalism, and lasting quality. Daniel also represents TaylorMade Home Services, a residential painting, flooring, and remodeling company, where he helps homeowners enhance their spaces through tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Before entering the coatings and construction industry, Daniel worked as a Corporate Facility Manager, gaining valuable experience in operations, project management, and customer service. This background gives him a unique perspective on both the client and contractor sides of the business.

Dedicated to excellence, Daniel takes pride in providing customers with dependable service, clear communication, and high-quality results that exceed expectations.

Outside of his professional career, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His free time is filled with traveling the world, coaching youth softball, basketball, and soccer, and participating in community and social events.
