Trophy Club is a thriving community. The mission for the community, including the residents, businesses, municipal leaders, and employees, embody the saying that “Trophy Club is a great place to call HOME, to VISIT, to WORK, and to ENJOY.”

Trophy Club is a KIND community spanning over 4.2 square miles and is home to roughly 13,000 people, each with tremendous heart. This is why it’s said Trophy Club serves as the heart of the DFW Metroplex.

With excellent citizens, fabulous amenities, and first-class businesses available for everyone to enjoy!

The beautiful amenities include Trophy Club Country Club's gorgeous golf course (the only one Ben Hogan designed). Over 1,000 perfectly pristine acres of parks, including the Town’s own Trophy Club Park with horseback riding, lake access, hiking, biking, ATV & motocross trails, and so much more.

Trophy Club also is a well-manicured, master-planned community with homes ranging in price from $400,000 up to well over a million dollars.  (It’s no surprise it was voted one of the Top Ten Places to Live in Texas 2022). Each beautiful neighborhood boasts plenty of playgrounds for children of all AGES and ABILITIES to enjoy. And, of course, four of the most desirable Northwest Independent School District schools around.

Trophy Club’s business community is also thriving! With residential space almost built out, TC has spent several years focused on bringing new businesses to town. This last year alone, the Town added over 95,000 square ft. of commercial tenants to the mix.

But Trophy Club isn’t done yet; there’s more to come!  As the Town continues to move forward, it is focused on what comes next regarding redevelopment and maintaining infrastructure.

One thing is for sure; Trophy Club will never stop; the community is always looking for ways to improve. Check it out for yourself! See you soon in Trophy Club.
